Softball Fans:

Mike's Background: I have been in the softball industry for the last 40 years, ever since 1973. I started playing softball when I was 16 years old. I played in the city of Brook Park's Men's Adult Softball League. Since that time I have either seen or used every type of softball that has been made. I have worked for a couple different softball companies and have enjoyed every minute along the way. I actually made softballs for Steele's in Grafton, Ohio in 1983. They bought a polyurethene machine and I was pumping the balls out like crazy. Only problem was we could not keep up with the demand of the Poly Core softballs. So Steele's thought that it was much more lucrative for them to have a company that makes only softballs provide them for Steele's Sports Co.

I have had the opportunity to sell softballs for Steele's Sports Company and Anaconda Sports Company for over 20 years. So now with the start of the 2017 softball season I am switching gears and selling slow pitch softball's for Miken/Worth Sports Company. Worth's slow pitch softballs were first made in the 1970's and the first poly hard core softballs were made available in the United States.......

You have come to the right place to purchase all your slow-pitch softball needs including the best softballs that money can buy and that brand is Worth. Worth was the founder of the poly-core softball first used at the St.Louis Gateway Classic in  1974. Jarden Team Sports and most recently Newell Brands Rawlings division made the decision in 2015 to create a new division concentrating on slow-pitch products only. As a result of that decision they took two of their noteworthy brands, Miken and Worth, and created the new division Miken/Worth.

The Miken/Worth division is now being ran out of Caledonia, Minnesota where both brands bats are manufactured. The new business unit is being ran by a team of personnel who concentrate on slow-pitch only. Most of the management team are former slow-pitch players with extensive backgrounds in manufacturing, marketing, promotions, sales, and a history of dealing with players, park and recreation directors, association directors, complexes, and team dealers.

Below is some very important specs on how the Worth softballs are designed. The info will explaing to you on just how the CLOK was designed. One of the most important factors when developing great softballs is the humidity and heat. With Worth's CLOK system you will get the true play of the softball whether the tempature is 50 degrees or 85 degrees....

With Worth's Slowpitch Technology you have the best All-Temperature Ball. The Hot Dot Classic Plus, the Superdot 3 Piece Technology all use the CLOK.
